Starting from Elmer's on I-205 & Stark the ride heads east on OR Hwy 26 past Mt. Hood and onto OR Hwy 35 towards Hood River, turning right onto the paved Dufur Valley Forest Road and Dufur, then to Maupin via the White River Falls overlook and the Deschutes River Access road.

The ride from Maupin to Portland takes OR Hwy 216 through Pine Grove and past Bear Springs back onto OR Hwy 26.
